Our Story
At JMF Windows & Doors, we believe improving your home should feel exciting, not stressful. As a proud family-run business based in Oxfordshire, we have built our reputation on honest advice, quality workmanship and treating every home with the same care and attention we would give our own.
Our story began in 2020, when Jake combined his passion for craftsmanship with a more personal customer experience. Having started his career as a carpenter on high-end residential projects, he developed a real eye for quality, precision and detail. With his dad, Paul, now our Sales Manager, bringing over 19 years of experience in windows and doors, moving into the industry felt like a natural next step.
From day one, our goal has never been to become the biggest company. We have always focused on being the company people can trust. That means no pressure, no pushy sales tactics and no unnecessary upselling. Just honest advice, expert guidance and recommendations that are right for your home and your budget.
Since opening our doors, we have grown largely through recommendations from happy customers across Oxfordshire, which is something we are incredibly proud of. Jake FloreyOwner / Lead Surveyor
Jake qualified as a carpenter in 2015 and has been fitting windows and doors for over 15 years. With a strong background in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, he founded JMF Windows and Doors in 2020.
Honest, ambitious, and committed to high standards, Jake takes pride in delivering work that looks great and lasts, because reputation matters just as much as results.
Jake is deeply passionate about the industry and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service on every project. He believes in carrying out work to the highest possible standard, taking time to understand each customer’s needs and ensuring every installation is completed with care and precision.
He also makes it a priority to stay up to date with the latest products, techniques, and industry developments, allowing him to offer modern solutions and informed advice. From initial survey to final installation, Jake works closely with clients to ensure expectations are exceeded and every project runs smoothly.

Lauren GallacherBrand & Operations Manager

With 6 years of experience in recruitment and over 10 years in customer service and sales, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge in building strong relationships, implementing new systems, and creating smart, scalable strategies to support business growth. Her background has given her a strong foundation in process improvement, organisation, and forward planning.
Lauren heads up all things JMF branding while managing operations, content production, and internal systems, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes while helping shape the company’s future direction. She is also usually the main point of contact for new enquiries and customer updates, making sure every client feels informed and supported throughout their journey with JMF.
Focused, detail-driven, and passionate about building a strong brand, Lauren plays a vital role in supporting both the team and customers as JMF continues to grow.
Paul FloreySales Manager
Paul is our Sales Manager at JMF Windows and Doors and is usually the first person you’ll meet on your initial visit.
With over 45 years in building industry and 19 years of experience in the windows and doors industry, Paul brings extensive product knowledge and a deep understanding of what works best for different homes, styles, and budgets. His experience allows him to offer practical, informed guidance while ensuring every customer feels confident in their decisions.
Paul prides himself on providing honest advice and tailored solutions that genuinely suit you and your home. There’s no hard sell, just clear information, straightforward recommendations, and a focus on long-term value.

Rex is our much-loved office dog! Rex is usually found greeting visitors or supervising from his favourite spot, Rex helps keep the office atmosphere relaxed and friendly.

Darrell has over 30 years of experience in the industry and is a valued part of the JMF team as our Fitter’s Mate. His enthusiasm and passion for JMF shine through in everything he does, and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to support the team and our customers.
When he’s not out on site, Darrell makes sure the warehouse is kept neat, tidy, and organised, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
